These 11 verses highlight the teaching ministry of Jesus. The miracle catch is second to the message Jesus preached. The people listening to Jesus are astonished by what He tells them. Everywhere He goes they press in to hear Him. It is when Jesus finishes speaking that Peter truly comes to grips with who he is without Christ. Now, Peter is ready to be a true follower of Christ.
