The letter to the Church at Thyatira is the longest and most enigmatic of the seven letters. My tallest hurdle is to do the work of finding out what these things meant to them then. Your humble task is to hear the Spirit and let Him show you any fatal attraction you may have today that is competing with Christ.
Sermon in a Sentence: Because Christ will not tolerate divided worship, ask Him to search your heart for any idols.
19-21 Spiritual Strengths and Fatal Attractions
Four outstanding signs of spiritual maturity.
But instead of influencing their city for Christ, their city was influencing the church.
22-29 Divine Punishment and Divine Promises
Adversity, suffering, physical pain, even death can come to those who refuse to repent.
But humble Christians who hold fast to Christ will be given enormous authority.
