I hope you all tuned in to the sermon 4.19.20 entitled The Inroads of the Gospel, the first in a series from Colossians called Christ, Our Hope of Glory.

I’ve worked diligently at outlining this letter to the church and look forward to sharing what is giving me!

Soon we will reopen the church. May I ask you to stay tuned to my emails and the church Facebook page for those updates?

Regarding the message on Sunday, let me challenge you to look at the series of questions below and see if you can answer them.

Based on your listening to the sermon and reading the text, who wrote Colossians?

Where was the author when he wrote it?

There were only two points in the sermon. Do you remember them? (_____________ God and ________________ God).

Where did Epaphras hear the author of Colossians first preaching the Gospel?

What command does Epaphras obey by returning to his friends and family in Collosae?

vv9-12 is a prayer. In v10, what is the subject of that prayer?

What are the four humble evidences in a believer which exhibit that the believer is pleasing God?

Finally, regarding those four evidences, which one brought the most conviction to your spirit? (You do not have to share it here).
