Dr. Kelly B. Burton

Dr. Kelly B. Burton has been our pastor since 2011. He has been married to Karen for 41 years. They have three children and six grandchildren.  Pastor Kelly earned his Bachelor’s Degree from North Greenville University in Tigersville, SC.  In 2004, he earned his Master’s Degree from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in Ft Worth and a Doctor of Ministry from Southwestern. He is currently a PhD student at SWBTS.

Pastor Kelly embraces the Expository Preaching style at FBCA. “My aim is to show people Christ from the biblical text. I preach the spirit, substance, and structure of the Bible text. That is what people need to live out the Christian life in their homes, churches, and communities.”
